Kimberly Ervin

Kimberly (Kim) is a talented Human Resources professional with more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resources. Kim was the Executive Director of Human Resources for one of the largest QSR businesses in the United States with responsibility for more than 1000 stores in multiple states including Canada and later the Chief Human Resource Officer for a large QSR business that operated in multiple states.
A diverse professional, Kim has successful experience in developing management training programs/materials on labor relations, diversity, employee training and recruitment; as well as Knowledge of employment laws, staffing procedures and organizational structure in a business environment.
Proficient in EEOC, OSHA, FMLA and repatriation reporting and policies. Experience preparing benchmark processes and business plans to track performance; a strong track record of success in creating and implementing new procedures and strategic plans to increase efficiency.
Jill Bechtel
Senior Business Consultant
Jill has over 15 years’ experience in leadership roles in small to mid-sized businesses including COO, CAO and President. With a vast background in franchise ownership and operations, Jill brings a depth of expertise and knowledge to franchised as well as independent businesses. She has led departments and functional areas including operations, HR, accounting, IT, M&A, legal, real estate, development and remodels in rapidly growing independent and private equity backed companies.
Jill worked with private equity owned Cambridge Spa Group in various roles and leading the growth of the company from 8 to 83 Massage Envy and European Wax Center locations and $90MM in sales in a 5-year period. Prior to CSG, Jill owned and operated 24 Burger King Restaurants in Nevada and California, growing the company from one to multiple locations with a combination of development and acquisition.
She has served on various boards including the Northern Nevada Community Foundation, Nevada Discovery Museum and the BK Foundation. Jill received an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business from SSU and San Francisco State University. She has also received the Business LEAD certification from Stanford University and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
